Your holiday begins this afternoon in Holyhead. Meeting the Tour Manager, we board the ferry to Dublin. After crossing the Irish Sea, we land in Ireland's historic capital for an overnight stop.
A coach transfer takes us to our hotel. Located just outside the centre of this lively city, the spa hotel sits amid acres of parkland and a golf course. Ireland was a magical place with beautiful views and friendly people. Vacations by Rail took such great care of us and every place we went was amazing. Our guide, John was lots of fun and knew so much of the history. I will be booking another trip as soon as I can.

Enjoyable trip but nothing to compare to Scotland. Edinburgh, and the Highlands would’ve liked to have had more free time in Dublin. Felt rushed, but we did see a lot. There was no comparison to the meals, but. Of course that’s a very personal observation
